Do I need a passport/visa?
Yes, U.S. citizens will need a passport to visit abroad. Nationals of all other countries should check travel requirements well in advance of their retreat.

How far are we from the airport to the resort?  Exhale Yogis, you will have private transportation to and from the resort, which is approximately a thirty minute ride from the Cancun International Airport.

Are we on the beach?

Yes! Sault108 maintains negotiated partnerships to provide luxury resort experiences designed with the discerning traveler in mind. The resorts are in the most picturesque destinations to be found. You are on the beach at your destination, or enjoy multiple pools, your choice. 


Do we have access to WiFi?  Absolutely.  Stay connected or unplug at your whim. 

Do I need to book and/or pay for any optional activities before I arrive?  Not necessary, we always add excitement with excursions included in your retreat package. Optional tours are always available through our partner, Royale Tours.

I'm a vegetarian/vegan, will there be food to accommodate my diet? Absolutely. Your rert offers multiple casual and fine dining experiences with vegetarian and vegan friendly options. You will most enjoy the tremendous variety of fresh juices, fruit and vegetables offered on site daily. For further convenience, dine in the comfort of your room with an extensive 24-hour room service menu.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We understand, life happens, however hotel rooms are much like air time, it's finite. Once a hotel has received a booking from us, in your name, it's held, for you. It's very difficult for a hotel to sell a room at short notice. Our responsibility is to filling rooms for our hotels/resorts by our attendees. We pass that responsibility on to our guests, all being responsible adults.
